Telephonic / Video Consultation

Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are now offering telephonic and video consultations for private patients. This service is available for both insured and self-funding patients. We have agreed with BUPA, AXA and all other major insurance companies regarding video/telephonic consultations that they will be covered under your current insurance policies. However, please check with your insurance company before booking.

If additional examinations, prescriptions or tests are needed, these can be arranged subsequently. Face to Face consultation is available for only urgent/critical cases.

Fees for telephonic/video consultation of Self Paying patients

  • New appointment: £ 200
  • Follow-up appointments: £ 175
